   The order of business of the City Council shall be as follows:

   (A)   Pledge of allegiance;

   (B)   Call meeting to order;

   (C)   Roll call;

   (D)   Public comment;

   (E)   Approval of minutes;

   (F)   Pay monthly bills;

   (G)   Old business;

   (H)   New business;

   (I)   Committee reports;

   (J)   Aldermen/Mayor reports;

   (K)   Executive session; and

   (L)   Adjournment.
