(A) The City Council shall hold its regular meetings in the City Hall on the first Wednesday after the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
(B) The meeting place of the Council shall be at the City Hall, unless otherwise ordered by the Council.
(C) Special meetings may be called by the Mayor or any three Aldermen upon at least 48 hours’ notice to all Aldermen and the Mayor.
