SCHEDULE I. ONE-WAY STREETS OR ALLEYS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to operate any vehicle on any street or alley designated as a one-way street or alley by ordinance, in any direction other than that so desired.
   (B)   The north-south public alleys bisecting Block 38, between their respective intersections with Fifth and Sixth Streets shall in the future be designated for one-way traffic only in a northerly direction.
