§ 75.16 ROLLERBLADING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Rollerblading shall be prohibited on all streets, alleys and roadways designated for vehicle use within the city limits of the city. Rollerblading is also prohibited within the business district as set forth in § 75.15 on all streets, alleys, roadways and sidewalks.
   (B)   Rollerblading is allowed only on sidewalks outside the business district as defined in § 75.15.
