§ 71.24 BICYCLES AND MOTORCYCLES.
   It shall be unlawful for more than on person to ride upon any bicycle propelled by human power upon any street, or for any person to ride upon a motorcycle other than upon a seat permanently attached to said vehicle to the right or rear of the operation.
