§ 71.06 VEHICLES NOT TO BE DRIVEN ON SIDEWALKS OR IN SAFETY ZONES.
   No driver of a vehicle shall drive within any sidewalk area, except at a permanent or temporary driveway, not at anytime into or upon any portion of a roadway marked as a safety zone.
