REGULATIONS REGARDING USE OF CONSUMER FIREWORKS WITHIN THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES
§ 96.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires otherwise.
   CONSUMER FIREWORKS. As defined by I.C. 22-11-14-1. CONSUMER FIREWORKS include aerial devices, which include sky rockets, missile type rockets, helicopter or aerial spinners, roman candles, mines, and shells; ground audible devices, which include firecrackers, salutes, and chasers; cone fountains, cylindrical fountains, dipped stick or wire sparklers.
