§ 94.38 PROTECTION OF HYDRANTS.
   Where needed, the Fire Chief, or his or her designee, may require that a hydrant be protected by two or more posts, each eight inches in diameter by five feet in length, to be installed with 30 inches above ground level. Posts are to be made either of reinforced concrete or steel and located as directed by the Fire Chief, or his or her designee.
