§ 94.21 FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS ROADS.
   (A)   When a bridge is required to be used as access under this subchapter, it shall be the property owner's responsibility to construct and maintain.
   (B)   When a fire apparatus access road exceeds 150 feet in length and serves multiple buildings or complexes, additional fire apparatus access roads may be required by the Fire Chief, or his or her designee, and shall be installed and maintained by the property owner(s).
   (C)   Any business owner, lessee, or other person in charge of the premises shall be required at the time to remove snow from sidewalks, parking areas, and all access roads required under this section. Such snow clearance shall not cause any fire hydrant or fire department connection to become obstructed.
   (D)   Section 503 of the 2014 Indiana Fire Code is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this subchapter.
