§ 94.18 LOCAL ORDINANCE APPEAL PROCESS.

A person who believes he or she is aggrieved by an order pursuant to §§ 94.12 through 94.14 or I.C. 36-8-17-9 shall have an opportunity to discuss the order with the Fire Chief or his or her designee, who may modify or reverse the order.
