§ 94.17 APPEAL FROM ORDERS.
   An owner or occupant who believes he or she is aggrieved by an order or decision issued pursuant to this subchapter, and the matter involves a rule of the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission, may appeal to the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission as set forth by I.C. 36-8-17.
