The Fire Chief or his or her designee may stop an operation or require the evacuation of any Class 1 structure or portion thereof, under the provisions of I.C. 36-8-17-9, when it is determined that conduct or conditions of the property:
(A) Present a clear and immediate hazard of death or serious bodily injury to any person other than a trespasser;
(B) Are prohibited without a permit, registration, certification, authorization, variance, exemption, or other required under I.C. 22-14, another state statute, or rule of the Commission; or
(C) Will conceal a violation of law.
