§ 94.08 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   Whenever necessary for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this subchapter, or whenever the Fire Chief or authorized fire inspector has reasonable cause to believe that there exists any unsafe premises, the Fire Chief, or his or her designee, shall be permitted to enter such structure or premises at all reasonable times to inspect or to perform any duty imposed upon by the Fire Chief or by this subchapter. However, if such structure or premises is occupied, the Fire Chief, or his or her designee, shall first present proper credentials and request entry. If such entry is refused, the Fire Chief shall have recourse to every remedy provided by law to secure entry.
