This subchapter shall hereinafter authorize the town to enter into contract with the Fire Department on behalf of its citizens. The Fire Chief, or his or her designee, is hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce the following:
(A) All provisions of this subchapter;
(B) Variances granted in accordance with I.C. 22-13-2-11; and
(C) Orders issued under I.C. 22-12-7.
