§ 93.10 ANIMALS OTHER THAN DOGS CREATING A NUISANCE.
   No person shall own, keep, harbor or have in his or her possession any animal which habitually causes a serious annoyance or disturbance to persons of ordinary sensibilities in the neighborhood.
