§ 92.06 CERTIFICATION OF UNPAID COSTS.
   If the owner of the property fails to pay a bill issued under § 92.05 within the time specified, the Clerk-Treasurer shall certify to the County Auditor the amount of the bill, plus any additional administrative costs incurred in the certification. (I.C. 36-7-10.1-4).
