The Town Marshal, Park Director and his or her designees in connection with their duties imposed by law shall diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any enforcement officer shall have the authority to order any person or persons acting in violation of this chapter a permit issued hereunder to leave the park or other recreation area.
