§ 90.02 APPLICABILITY.

This chapter shall apply in all park and recreation areas designated by the Town Council for the Town of Kouts unless expressly exempted thereby. For the issuance of permits, temporary designations, authorizations, granting of approval and other actions, the Town Council of the Town of Kouts shall be the governing body, or its designee.
