§ 71.20 PROHIBITED CROSSING.
   (A)   No pedestrian shall cross a street between adjacent intersections at which traffic control signals are in operation, except in a crosswalk.
   (B)   No pedestrian shall cross a roadway other than in a crosswalk in a business district.
