(A) Whoever shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is provided shall be punished as set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 50.20 et seq. shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or is allowed to continue.
