(A) Establishment. A separate fund is hereby established for the sole purpose of receiving funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP) of 2021 as well as the disbursement of the funds in accordance with the requirements of ARP and Indiana State Directive 2021-1.
(B) Title. The title of the fund shall be ARP Coronavirus Local Recovery Grant Fund and the fund number shall be 176.
(C) Use. The uses of the fund shall be limited to Section 603(c)(C): to make necessary investments in water, sewer, or broadband infrastructure. The Town Council shall adopt a plan spelling out the details of the use of the funds and said plan shall be titled "Kouts Infrastructure Improvement Plan".
