§ 32.32 PENALTIES FOR FALSE, DECEPTIVE, OR FRAUDULENT STATEMENTS OR INFORMATION.

Any bidder that willfully makes, or willfully causes to be made, a false, deceptive, or fraudulent statement, or willfully submits false, deceptive, or fraudulent information in connection with any submission made to the town shall be disqualified from bidding on all town projects for a period of three years.
