§ 31.46 MEMBERSHIP.
   (A)   Seven members shall be appointed by the Town Council.
   (B)   Each commissioner serves a one year term and may be summarily removed at any time in their term.
   (C)    There is no requirement for a specific political party affiliation to membership.
