Whereas the Town Board of Kouts, Indiana, deems it necessary for the economic stability, development and welfare of the Town of Kouts to create a department of economic development governed by a commission for the purpose of investigation, study and survey as well as recommendation of action to the Town Council for the purpose of improving and promoting job opportunities, industrial diversification and economic stability and thereby enhancing the general welfare of the citizens of the Town of Kouts, Indiana, there is created the Town of Kouts Economic Development Commission.
