§ 31.18 PETITION FILING FEE.

Any person filing any petition for rezoning and amendment for rezoning ordinance or any application for approval of subdivision plats shall at the time of filing pay to the Clerk-Treasurer the sum of $25. Any funds paid hereunder shall be placed in the General Fund of the Town.
