§ 30.33 SUPERINTENDENT OF THE SEWER.
   A Superintendent of the Sewer shall be appointed by the Town Council on January 1 at 12 noon of each year hereafter to serve at the pleasure of the Town Board. He or she is charged with the general supervision of the sewer in the town pursuant to the ordinances and orders of the Town Board.
