§ 156.08 UNSAFE SIDEWALKS DEEMED A PUBLIC NUISANCE.
   An unsafe sidewalk or a sidewalk in disrepair shall be deemed a public nuisance, and the town shall have the right to bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction against the owner for the abatement of the public nuisance and for all other equitable and legal relief including costs and attorney fees incurred by the town.
