Street lights shall be provided in a number, manner and intervals as recommended by the Town Engineer and Plan Commission, and their placement shall be shown on the final engineering plan. The subdivider shall be responsible and pay for street light energy costs for two years from the date of installation. Street lights shall be timely installed as per the discretion of the Town Council or alternative lighting to be at the discretion of the Plan Commission.
