§ 153.079 SIDEWALKS.
   Sidewalks shall be required by the Plan Commission and shall be a minimum of four feet in width. Sidewalks shall be located in the street right-of- way on both sides of the street at 0.5 feet away from the outside edge of the street right-of-way.
