§ 153.075 SEWERS.
   (A)   The subdivider shall provide the subdivision with a complete sanitary sewer system to be connected to the municipal sanitary system.
   (B)   The system shall be designed in that the following conditions are met:
      (1)   Will not include any sewer of which the purpose is to carry any combination of storm and sanitary sewerage;
      (2)   Will not allow the inflow of any uncontaminated ground water sources into the sanitary system;
      (3)   Drainage piping serving fixtures that are located below the crown level of the main sewer shall discharge into an approved water-tight sump pump or receiving tank, so located as to receive the sewage or other liquid wastes shall be lifted and discharged a minimum of 18 inches above the crown level of the main sewer and flow by gravity to the main sewer.
