The subdivider shall prepare a proposal plan to present to the Plan Commission Study Session after the pre-application conference; the subdivider shall be prepared to address the matters contained in the check list found in this chapter, as amended from time to time. This proposal plan may be drawn as a concept drawing for the pre-application conference, but before the proposal goes before the Plan Commission at the study session, the subdivider shall have a more detailed proposal plan as required by the town staff.
