§ 152.42 TRAILERS NOT TO BE PERMANENTLY FIXED.
   No trailer located in any trailer camp shall be removed from the wheels, set upon the ground or otherwise permanently fixed to the ground in a manner that would prevent the ready removal of such trailer.
