§ 152.24 PERMIT REVOCATION.

Any permit issued under this chapter may be revoked for due cause after a hearing before the Clerk-Treasurer. There shall be at least five days notice of the hearing given to the owner or permittee, his or her agent or representative, by personal service upon him or her.
