(A) The following are violations of this chapter:
(1) A person who remains in, uses or enters any building in violation of an order;
(2) A person who knowingly interferes with or delays the carrying out of an order;
(3) A person who knowingly obstructs, damages or interferes with any persons engaged or property used in performing any work or duty under this chapter.
(B) A person who fails to comply with this section commits a Class C infraction and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $1000 for each offense; such fine shall inure to the Unsafe Buildings Fund. Each day that the violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
