No electric wiring or installing of electric apparatus or appliances for furnishing light, heat or power shall be introduced into or placed in any building or structure within the Town of Kouts except in compliance with the rules and regulations of the National Board of Fire Underwriters, known as the National Electric Code, in force at the time such building is wired.
