Any permit issued under the provisions of this subchapter may be revoked by the Building Inspector at any time, whenever the holder thereof:
(A) Shall have made any false or fraudulent statement in the application for such permit or in the exercise of such permit;
(B) Shall have violated any of the provisions of this subchapter;
(C) Shall have failed to satisfy the requirements of this subchapter or of any rules adopted pursuant thereto;
(D) Shall have caused, created or maintained, in the exercise of such permit, a menace or danger to public health, safety or welfare.
