§ 150.19 WORK MUST COMMENCE.
   (A)   The work or use authorized by a building permit shall be 10% completed within 90 days of issuance of the permit. Otherwise, the permit shall lapse and become null and void unless good cause is shown and accepted by the Building Inspector, who has the authority to extend the commencement date by 30 days per request.
   (B)   All work must be completed within one year from the date of issuance of the permit unless good cause is shown and accepted by the Building Inspector, who has the authority to extend the completion date by 30 days per request.
   (C)   Anyone failing to comply with the requirements of this section shall be subject to the fines set forth in § 10.99.
