§ 111.03 ADMINISTRATION.
   The Building Commissioner shall have the power to administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter. The Building Commissioner may delegate and assign such administrative, enforcement and inspection duties hereunder to the Kouts Police Department or other appropriate person or agency.
