§ 110.106 INVESTIGATION OF APPLICANT.
   Upon receipt of application, the original shall be referred to the Chief of Police (Town Marshal), or his or her designee, who shall cause such investigation of the applicant's business and good character to be made as he or she deems necessary for the protection of the public.
