§ 110.051 LICENSE FEE AND ISSUANCE.
   Any person desiring to obtain a license shall pay to the Clerk-Treasurer the sum of $10. The Clerk- Treasurer shall, thereupon, issue to the applicant a license for a period of one year from the time of issuance, which license shall be signed by the President and counter-signed by the Clerk-Treasurer.
