§ 110.035 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall keep for hire or gain within the town any billiard table, pool table, pigeon hole table, bagatelle table, pin alley, nine or ten pin alley, box alley or table or any other ball table or ball alley game or shooting gallery without first having obtained from the town a license to do so.
