7-1-10 SEWAGE DISPOSAL APPROVAL:
No building or installation permit shall be issued for the construction or placement of any structure designed for human habitation or requiring sewage disposal unless a copy of written authorization to connect to the system of a sewer district in which the property is located has been submitted to the building official.
