7-1-8 ENERGIZING AUTHORIZATION:
No person shall energize a new or upgraded existing electric service or set an electric meter for any structure or install construction power to assist in the construction of a structure until an energizing permit has been issued by the building official. (Ord. 202, 12-10-2013, eff. 1-1-2014)
