A. The City Council may adopt by resolution fees related to the cost of services associated with review, processing, and inspection of applications filed under the provisions of this title.
B. The City may condition approval of applications governed by this title to require mitigation of the effects of development on the ability of the City, and other political subdivisions, to deliver services without compromising quality or imposing substantial additional costs to current residents.
