4-1-2 NUISANCE ACTIVITY DECLARED UNLAWFUL:
It is unlawful for any person to create, cause, maintain or knowingly allow to exist a nuisance activity on any premises or real property which the person owns, rents, leases, occupies or has possession of within the city. (Ord. 207, 8-26-2015)
