3-1-7 BUILDING CODE AND ZONING APPLICABLE:
The issuance of a business license pursuant to this chapter is not a representation by the city that the business, trade or profession is in compliance with the city building code or zoning ordinance. The issuance of a business license pursuant to this chapter shall not be a waiver of the city's rights to enforce its building code or zoning ordinance. (Ord. 126, 12-6-1999)
