Every individual or entity required by this chapter to obtain a license to engage in any business, trade or profession shall pay to the city clerk an annual administrative processing fee which shall be set, from time to time, by resolution of the city council. Said fee must be paid in full prior to the issuance of a business license. There shall be no proration of said fee for individuals or entities which engage in businesses, trades or professions for a period of less than the license year. (Ord. 126, 12-6-1999)
