3-1-2 BUSINESS LICENSE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to engage in any business, trade or profession within the limits of the city until they shall have first applied for and obtained a business license as required under this chapter. A business license shall be required only for those businesses, trades or professions which are based or domiciled in the city. (Ord. 126, 12-6-1999; amd. 2017 Code)
