7-2-12 INSPECTIONS AND CONTINUED MAINTENANCE:
Each applicant is responsible for the continued inspections and maintenance of the features of the sedimentation and erosion control and/or stormwater plan, including an acceptable plan for sustained functioning of the collection and treatment system. (Ord. 214, 5-2-2017)
