4-2-6: STATE AND FEDERAL LANDS:
The county is hereby authorized, and the board of county commissioners shall have the responsibility, to cooperate with the state or federal government or any established agency thereof, in any program of county noxious weed control which shall be deemed advisable, for the welfare of the people of the county. With consent of the agency involved, the board of county commissioners may control county noxious weeds on state or federal land within the county, with or without reimbursement. (Ord. 168, 3-27-1991)
